
Sales Representative

**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, ensuring customers understand the benefits and capabilities of our services, and effectively closing sales while delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development**:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients in various industries.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and prospects.
- Create and execute strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
- **Sales & Account Management**:
- Qualify leads and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
- Present our CNC machining and laser cutting capabilities, explaining the technical aspects and benefits of our services.
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and contracts based on customer requirements.
- Negotiate terms and pricing to secure contracts and meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction.
- **Collaboration with Designing and Production Teams**:
- Work closely with the designing and production teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and executed.
- Provide feedback from customers to improve products and services.
- **Customer Support & Service**:
- Provide technical support to customers during the sales process, assisting with product selection, specifications, and design needs.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Manage customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project statuses in CRM systems.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasting, and updates to management.
- **Industry Networking & Events**:
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent the company and generate new leads.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on manufacturing industries (CNC machining, laser cutting, or similar fields preferred).
- Experience with B2B sales
- **Communication Skills**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain professional relationships.
- **Sales Skills**:
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- **Problem-Solving Abilities**:
- Ability to identify customer pain points and propose appropriate solutions.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
- **Organizational Skills**:
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
