Junior Legal Associate-contracts

Elevate is recruiting a Junior Legal Associate to support the increase of work in our Contracts Legal team. As a Junior Legal Associate, you will perform the first-level review of the assigned project. You will be accountable for delivering quality work to the project leads.

**Specifically, the Junior Legal Associate will**
- Review contracts.
- Extract the metadata terms from contracts.
- Process contracts via the CLM system.
- Ensure quality of work as per required parameters.
- Responsible for doing First level review of Contract documents.
- Assess own performance and take accountability for own actions.
- Communicate effectively with other team members.

**Technical Skills**
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
- Proficiency in working on Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools.
- Microsoft Office Suite. Qualifications
- Law graduate with strong academics (minimum 57% from a reputed institute recognized by the Bar Council of India).

**Experience**
- Experience 0-3 years in LPO, Legal firm, litigation and knowledge of contract review and contract Abstraction, such as buy-side agreements (MSAs, SOWs Software), sell-side agreements (Licensing contracts, customer agreements, and Services contracts.

**Qualifications**
- LLB (bachelor’s degree in law from a reputed university)
