Job Summary : Ship Chief

As the Chief of the NGO, you will be responsible for leading and managing the organization to achieve its mission, vision, and strategic objectives. With at least 8 years of experience in the NGO sector, you will provide strategic direction, oversee program implementation, ensure effective resource management, and represent the organization to stakeholders and partners. This is a senior leadership position that requires a strong commitment to social impact, excellent managerial skills, and a deep understanding of the NGO landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement the organization's strategic plan in alignment with its mission and vision.

Provide visionary leadership to the team, inspiring and motivating staff and volunteers towards achieving organizational goals.

Stay updated on emerging trends, best practices, and policy changes in the NGO sector to inform decision-making.

Program Development and Implementation:
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of programs and initiatives that align with the organization's mission and objectives.

Ensure programs are effectively addressing the needs of the target beneficiaries and have measurable impact.

Foster innovation and creativity within the organization to enhance program effectiveness and sustainability.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree with 8years of relevant experience.

Strong knowledge and understanding of social issues, development challenges, and the NGO landscape.

Proven track record of successfully managing programs and initiatives, with a focus on social impact.

Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Experience in strategic planning, resource mobilization, and donor management.

Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and financial reporting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and represent the organization effectively.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze complex problems, and make sound decisions.

Familiarity with monitoring, evaluation, and learning frameworks and tools.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
