**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assign and coordinate technicians to different locations based on project needs and availability.
- Monitor technician performance, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of technician schedules, work status, and client feedback.
- Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Address any logístical or operational challenges faced by the team.
- Implement and track KPIs for technician productivity and service quality.
- Train and mentor technicians on operational best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or field management.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using operations management tools and tracking systems.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage a large field team effectively.
- Experience in the tech or logistics industry is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
