**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and networking within the IT industry.
- **Sales Presentations & Demos**: Present and demonstrate our IT products and services to potential clients, clearly articulating the value proposition and how our solutions address their specific business challenges.
- **Consultative Selling**: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements, propose the most effective IT solutions, and provide expert guidance throughout the sales process.
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- **Proposal & Contract Negotiation**: Prepare and present customized proposals, negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals successfully.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and ongoing support.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**: Work closely with technical teams, project managers, and other departments to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of IT solutions.
- **Sales Reporting & Forecasting**: Track sales performance, maintain accurate records in the CRM system, and provide regular sales forecasts and progress reports to management.
- **Market Research**: Stay up to date with the latest IT trends, products, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
