**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and sell our products/services
- Answer incoming calls from potential customers and address their queries
- Identify customer needs, explain features, and provide appropriate solutions to help close sales
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Follow up with existing and prospective clients to nurture leads and build long-term relationships
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets, reporting on sales performance and customer feedback
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor information
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and coordinated efforts
- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide after-sales support when necessary
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or a related field
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in [language(s)]
- **Sales Skills**: Persuasive and able to build rapport quickly; strong negotiating skills are a plus
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer knowledge (e.g., MS Office)
- **Attitude**: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team environment
- **Availability**: Flexibility to work varied shifts if required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
