You will work with stakeholders globally and be responsible for tracking and reporting of migration projects across multiple locations. The nature of projects is primarily migration of business processes across global delivery locations and manages change to business processes and procedures. The role will entail senior stakeholder reporting, creating project documentation, execution, coordination, identifying risk, tracking and reporting for various projects.

**Your Role**:

- Manage Pipeline transition & projects reporting including escalations and issues/risk management for near shore or offshored global delivery centers; Follow up on queries from stakeholders daily
- Schedule periodic status calls and prepare status reports and roll out in a timely manner
- Liaise with internal and external - client stakeholders to effectively manage execution of migrations within stipulated scope & timelines
- Assist Transition Manager with assigned tasks to support the end-to-end execution of Transition & Projects for assigned stream(s);
- Track project plan following standard framework; Support project tracking by ensuring all tasks are added to and maintained
- Manage stream with PM and stakeholders, ensuring all record-keeping is updated on timely (generally weekly) basis.
- Note any gaps in framework or execution and raise to PM for review and possible update of current processes and/or templates
- Manage completion of all tollgate deliverables and approvals
- Engage & Communicate: Engage Right stakeholders to raise risk, report & proactively communicate
- Identifies and manages change in transition scope, timeline and budget
- Effectively manage, coordinate and conduct meetings/conference calls
- Maintain and report meeting minutes

**About You**:

- Overall, 3-4 years’ experience with some exposure to Managing projects / Transition of business processes
- Experience in fund administration transition, is desirable
- Ability to travel on business requirement, as required
- Should be willing to relocate or work out of different global delivery locations, as required
