**Position Overview**:
The Purchase Officer for Finished Goods will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and ensuring the timely supply of finished goods required for the pharmaceutical manufacturing process. This role will ensure that the finished goods meet the required quality standards, adhere to regulatory requirements, and align with Oharma’s business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement of Finished Goods**:

- Manage the purchasing process for finished goods in accordance with company needs and timelines.
- Ensure continuous supply of finished goods by building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors and suppliers.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate inventory levels of finished goods, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet demand without overstocking.
- Coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand for finished goods.
- **Supplier Management**:

- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery reliability.
- Work closely with the quality control team to ensure finished goods meet pharmaceutical industry standards.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delays, quality, and costs.
- **Compliance & Documentation**:

- Ensure that all purchases comply with regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., FDA, GMP, or other local regulations).
- Maintain records of all purchases, contracts, and communications with suppliers for audit purposes.
- Prepare purchase orders and relevant documentation accurately and on time.
- **Cost Control**:

- Monitor and control procurement costs to ensure that purchasing is carried out in a cost-effective manner.
- Provide reports on purchasing trends, cost savings, and opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**:

- Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure that finished goods are delivered on time and in the correct quantity.
- Report on procurement activities, supplier performance, and inventory levels to management regularly.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
