**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Development**: Create original and visually appealing designs for a variety of digital and print assets, including social media graphics, website visuals, banners, presentations, product packaging, brochures, and advertisements.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and aesthetic, creating a cohesive and recognizable look across all channels.
- **Project Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements, target audience, and objectives, transforming ideas into creative concepts.
- **Iterative Improvement**: Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve design elements, ensuring high-quality and impactful outcomes.
- **Image Editing and Retouching**: Edit and retouch images as needed to maintain high visual standards for digital and print platforms.
- **Research and Trends**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor designs, and emerging tools to keep designs fresh and innovative.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills in digital and print mediums.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools (e.g., Figma, Canva).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
