**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Conduct presentations and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

**Marketing**:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote JBIT Solutions' services.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
- Coordinate with the design team to create promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, and online content.

**Collaboration & Reporting**:

- Work closely with the technical and operations teams to understand service offerings.
- Provide regular updates to the management team on sales performance and market feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the IT sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with IT services and solutions is a plus.
