**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Legal Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with all applicable real estate laws and regulations.
- Advise on legal aspects of land acquisition, and property development.
- **Documentation and Registration**:

- Prepare, review, and execute sale deeds, agreements to sell (ATS), and other legal documents.
- Oversee the registration of property, and maintain accurate records.
- **Title Verification**:

- Conduct thorough title searches and due diligence on properties.
- Address any title issues and advise on risk management.
- **Dispute Resolution**:

- Handle legal disputes related to property, including litigation and arbitration.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
- **Advisory Role**:

- Provide legal advice to the management on real estate transactions and regulatory changes.
- Assist in formulating policies related to legal matters in real estate operations.
- **Regulatory Liaison**:

- Coordinate with government authorities for approvals, licenses, and compliance.
- Keep abreast of changes in laws affecting real estate operations.

**Practical Requirements**:

- **Legal Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of property laws, including the Registration Act, Transfer of Property Act, and RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) regulations.
- **Experience in Real Estate**: Proven experience in handling legal matters specifically related to real estate transactions.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation skills for settling disputes and finalizing agreements.
- **Documentation Skills**: Ability to draft and review complex legal documents accurately.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: LLB from a recognized institution; additional qualifications (e.g., LLM) are a plus.
- **Experience**: 4 - 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in real estate.
- **Bar Council Registration**: Must be registered with the Bar Council of India.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
