6. Devises and implements regular programmes for staff development.

7. Provides leadership to the nursing department and encourages nurses to become members of professional associations.

8. Initiates and co-ordinates research programmes for the nursing department

9. Helps in building image of the hospital, maintaining good public relationship.

**Salary**: ₹224,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
