4. Prepares annual statistics, projecting human resources

5. Plans for promotions for different categories of nursing staff.

6. Devises and implements regular programmes for staff development.

7. Provides leadership to the nursing department and encourages nurses to become members of professional associations.

8. Initiates and co-ordinates research programmes for the nursing department

9. Helps in building image of the hospital, maintaining good public relationship.

**Salary**: ₹224,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
