**Job Summary**:
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily production operations on the shop floor. The role ensures manufacturing processes run reliably, efficiently, and safely to meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead production teams to achieve daily and weekly production goals.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate manufacturing operations for maximum productivity.
- Ensure all employees comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor production workflow, detect bottlenecks, and implement solutions.
- Maintain quality standards and troubleshoot production issues as needed.
- Ensure that machinery, equipment, and tools are properly maintained.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to foster a positive working environment.
- Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and engineering teams.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare operational reports for management.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, etc.) to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Manage workforce scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. (Technical diplomas may be accepted with experience.)
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing/production supervision.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality control.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
