**Experience**:5-8 years

**Location**: Sakinaka, Mumbai

**Working Mode**: 6 days, WFO

**Requirements**:

- Experience leading talent development in a dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of talent management, learning, and employee engagement.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience with city expansion is preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement talent development strategies, including training and development programs.
- Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management.
- Design and deliver comprehensive learning programs to enhance employee skills.
- Establish succession planning processes to identify and develop future leaders.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Oversee HR analytics for reporting and insights.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Should have experience handling multiple city expansions.
