A Sales and Marketing Executive in a CO2 and dry ice manufacturing company is responsible for driving the company’s sales growth, promoting products, and increasing market share. This role involves a blend of business development, customer relationship management, and strategic marketing within the industrial gas sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote CO2 and dry ice products.
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets to expand the customer base.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive product innovation and offerings.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Provide expert knowledge and product consultations to clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Marketing and Promotion**:

- Create and implement marketing campaigns (online and offline) to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Organize promotional events, trade shows, and seminars to raise brand awareness.
- Develop content such as brochures, presentations, and case studies for marketing efforts.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular sales reports and analyze data to track progress against targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback on potential areas of improvement.
- Offer suggestions for improvements based on market conditions and customer feedback.
- **Product Knowledge and Training**:

- Provide training to the sales team and customers on product features and benefits.
- **New Business Development**:

- Actively pursue new customers in different industries (e.g., food processing, healthcare, industrial sectors) to expand the company’s reach.
- Develop proposals and quotes tailored to client requirements.
- **Collaboration with Production & Operations**:

- Work closely with the production and operations team to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to manage orders, deliveries, and product availability.
- **Contract Negotiation**:

- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with customers to achieve favorable deals while ensuring profitability for the company.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
