Job Vacancy: Solar Project In-charge for M/s. Gravity Square Pvt. Ltd.

**Location**: Delhi NCR vs Pan India

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning & Execution**:

- Oversee all aspects of solar project implementation, from pre-construction to commissioning and handover.
- Develop, manage, and adhere to project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Finalize project components, vendors, mobilization plans, and implementation schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, finance) and external stakeholders (clients, contractors, vendors, local authorities) to ensure seamless project flow.
- Conduct site visits to assess feasibility, identify risks, and ensure adherence to plans.
- **Site Management & Supervision**:

- Lead, motivate, and manage on-site teams, including engineers, supervisors, technicians, and laborers.
- Ensure all on-site activities comply with health, safety, environmental (HSE) regulations and company standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, technical specifications, and progress reports.
- Conduct regular site meetings to review progress, address concerns, and ensure quality control.
- **Budget & Cost Control**:

- Take ownership of project implementation budgets, including costs for permits, third-party consultants, and construction.
- Monitor project expenses, track variances, and implement cost optimization strategies.
- Manage project billing cycles, ensuring timely submission and payment of invoices.
- **Quality Assurance & Risk Management**:

- Ensure project implementation adheres to quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks (e.g., regulatory changes, weather disruptions, supply chain issues).
- Resolve conflicts with contractors, vendors, and local communities in a timely and effective manner.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with the client, providing progress updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Present project progress, key findings, and recommendations to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering solar projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of solar PV system design, components (panels, inverters, batteries), and installation processes.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, safety protocols, and local government approval processes.
- Proficiency in project management software.

**Preferred**:

- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification.
- NABCEP PV Installation Professional (PVIP) Board Certification.
- Experience with hybrid renewable energy projects.
