Review loan submissions for completeness and compliance with New Penn's program parameters, including but not limited to the loan products credit report, income and asset documentation, purchase agreement, title report

Keeps abreast of all new credit regulations and laws and ensures compliance with such

Assist in Formulation of plans, programs, policies and procedures

Document lending decisions and completes required screens in the LOS that include the accurate completion of the credit assessment memo adding and/or creating applicable conditions of the loan approval

Discuss relevant underwriting issues with borrower, mortgage consultant and real estate professional

Prepare underwriting checklist

Development Modeling

Assess all pertinent risk factors and arrive at sound underwriting decisions, within underwriting authority

Explain underwriting decisions in a clear and customer-focused manner

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
