**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate risk factors and determine appropriate coverage and pricing.
- Communicate underwriting decisions clearly to clients and agents.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve any underwriting issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of underwriting decisions and rationale.
- Provide training and support to junior underwriters as needed.
- Participate in audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to company standards

- Monday to Friday
