Job Description.

The collection officer has to collect the payments from the Supermarkets

**Responsibilities**:

- To visit market on time and perform collections in assigned territory
- To carry necessary invoices file, bounced cheques and payment terms
- To build cordial relationship with the Primary customers and ensure the collection is made fully
- To recommend block list of shops where the payment is poor for all vendors
- To get suggestions form TSI / JMD to deal with lang pending shops
- To handover the cheques/ cash collected daily to accounts team
- To send daily report to WhatsApp group and JMD
- To coordinate with the TSI / JMD and understand the new schemes / discounts to communicate to shops
- Prepare and submit the MIS Reports to JMD
- Daily collection report WhatsApp
- Weekly / monthly Collection target Vs Actual MIS
- Weekly KRA evaluation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
