
Sales Representative

1. **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:
- Identify and research potential leads through various channels such as online inquiries, referrals, educational fairs, and partnerships with schools or educational organizations.
- Utilize networking opportunities to expand the institution's reach and create a pipeline of prospective students.
2. **Consultative Selling**:
- Conduct consultations with prospective students and their families to understand their educational needs, career aspirations, and financial considerations.
- Provide detailed information about the institution's programs, curriculum, faculty, facilities, and extracurricular activities.
- Offer personalized guidance and recommendations to help prospective students make informed decisions about their educational journey.
3. **Relationship Building**:
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders including students, parents, school counselors, and educational consultants.
4. **Sales Process Management**:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead qualification to enrollment, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for prospective students.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, monitor sales activities, and generate reports on sales performance.
5. **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in the education landscape.
- Gather feedback from prospective students and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.
6. **Collaboration and Coordination**:
- Collaborate with admissions teams, academic departments, marketing professionals, and other internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with overall institutional goals.
- Coordinate with colleagues to schedule campus tours, information sessions, and other events to engage prospective students and showcase the institution's offerings.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
