- **Quality Control**:Implement and manage quality assurance protocols to mitigate risks throughout the production and packaging processes.
- **Collaboration**:Work with other departments like R&D, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs to drive product development and resolve production issues.
- **Mentorship**:Guide and mentor junior pharmacists and interns, fostering a culture of learning and improvement within the team.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes, integrating this knowledge into daily operations.

Additional Responsibilities:

- **Process Improvement**:Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- **Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of production activities, quality control results, and regulatory compliance.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Clinical pharmacy: 2 years (preferred)
