As a Medical Representative at DP Organics, you will play a vital role in promoting our Ayurvedic and nutraceutical products to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships, and contributing to the company's growth in the healthcare sector. Your responsibilities will involve educating, informing, and persuading medical practitioners to recommend and prescribe our products to their patients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote DP Organics' range of Ayurvedic and nutraceutical medicines to healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key medical practitioners and institutions within your assigned territory.
- Deliver informative and persuasive product presentations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the benefits and features of our products.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date product information to healthcare professionals, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, workshops, and other relevant events to enhance brand awareness and product knowledge.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market developments, providing feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
- Monitor product availability and inventory levels at healthcare institutions and pharmacies within your territory.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall company revenue goals.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards while promoting products, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, pharmaceutical products, and healthcare practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with healthcare professionals.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to comprehend and communicate scientific and technical information to non-experts.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
