Position: Collection Officer - Sales

Location: Thrissur

Department: Finance

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Account Management: Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of funds.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions with clients.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on collection activities, outstanding balances, and client payment behaviours for management review.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding their queries.

Collaboration: Work closely with the finance and accounting teams to reconcile accounts and improve collection strategies.

**Qualifications**:
A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus.

Proven experience in collections, customer service, or a similar role.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with accounting software.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
