**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, operations) to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features or services.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or management as needed.
- Contribute to team goals and support continuous improvement initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven customer support or client service experience (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, help desk software, and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in [industry, e.g., tech, EV, e-commerce, etc.].
- Multilingual capabilities are an advantage.
