We are seeking a Security Administrator to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our organization's information systems and data. The Security Administrator will be responsible for implementing and maintaining security policies, procedures, and standards. They will also be responsible for installing, administering, and troubleshooting network security solutions, updating software with the latest security patches, and performing vulnerability and penetration tests to identify and defend against threats.

**Security Administrator Responsibilities**:

- Implement and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information systems and data.
- Installing, administering, and troubleshooting network security solutions.
- Updating software with the latest security patches and ensuring the proper defenses are present for each network resource.
- Performing vulnerability and penetration tests, identifying and defending against threats, and developing disaster recovery plans.
- Configuring security systems, analyzing security requirements, and recommending improvements.
- Monitoring network traffic for suspicious behavior.
- Creating network policies and authorization roles and defending against unauthorized access, modifications, and destruction.
- Consulting with staff, managers, and executives about the best security practices and providing technical advice.
- Configuring and supporting security tools, such as firewalls and anti-virus software.
- Training staff to understand and use security protocols.

**Security Administrator Requirements**:

- Min 2+ l years of experience in security administration or related field.
- An associate's or bachelor's degree in computer science, cyber security, or a related field.
- Certification in security-related fields, such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM
- Experience with security-related tools and software
- A strong understanding and knowledge of computer, network, and security systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to troubleshoot security issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work well in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Morning shift

- Erode, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
