Manage and accurately input bill of materials, recipes, vendor details, and inventory data.
- Maintain comprehensive records, generate reports, and analyse procurement and inventory data to facilitate decision-making.
- Support the operations and culinary teams in maximizing profitability through purchase engineering exercises.
- Systematically maintain an exhaustive item list and monitor inventory levels to prevent overstock or shortages.
- Identify and implement process enhancements using various tools to optimize procurement, distribution, and inventory control.
- Research, evaluate potential suppliers, and establish new vendor relationships following company SOPs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional departments to secure the best purchase prices, quality, and delivery times for operations.
- Generate purchase orders and dispatch them to respective suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in delivery, recording & accounting for those.
- Expedite and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, supporting production and project timelines.
- Stay updated on market prices and conduct regular price comparisons to inform procurement decisions.
- Oversee the purchasing process from material requisition to purchase order closure in the system.
- Submit accurate weekly/monthly/daily reports to managers reflecting purchased goods and highlighting any issues.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
