**Job Description: Purchase Executive (Hospitality Industry)**

**Location**: Mumbai (preferred)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vendor Management**:

- Research potential vendors to source quality products and services.
- Compare and evaluate offers to ensure competitive pricing and terms.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with suppliers.
- **Order Management**:

- Track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delays.
- Review the quality of purchased products and maintain high standards.
- Enter order details, including vendor information, quantities, and pricing, into internal databases.
- **Inventory Coordination**:

- Monitor stock levels and place replenishment orders as needed.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and handling of inventory.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare detailed reports, including cost analyses, to support decision-making.
