Job Description: Graphic Designer

We're looking for a talented and creative **Graphic Designer** to join our team In this role, you'll be responsible for creating compelling visual content across various platforms, helping us effectively communicate our brand message and engage our audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and produce high-quality visual assets for digital and print, including social media graphics, website banners, marketing materials, presentations, and more.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual communications.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.1
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
- Prepare files for both digital and print production, ensuring accuracy and optimal quality.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- **Proficiency in graphic design software, including**:

- **CorelDRAW**2
- **Adobe Photoshop**:

- **Adobe Illustrator**:

- **Canva**:

- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
