We are looking for a creative and motivated Fresher Graphic Designer to join our team. As a beginner in the field, you will get hands-on experience working on a variety of design projects and collaborating with our creative team. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating visual content for social media, websites, advertisements, and other marketing materials
- Collaborate with senior designers to develop design concepts and layouts
- Use design software to produce and refine artwork, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
- Support the team in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns
- Stay updated with current design trends and best practices

**Requirements**:

- Basic proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent
- Strong sense of aesthetics, including an understanding of color, layout, and typography
- Ability to work creatively and with attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A portfolio of design work or academic projects is a plus but not required
