**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and edit high-quality graphics and videos for digital and print media (social media, websites, marketing campaigns, presentations, etc.).
- Create engaging and visually consistent presentations based on brand guidelines and content briefs. (e.g., client decks, internal strategies, marketing pitches).
- Modify and enhance existing design templates for various media and ensure brand consistency across assets.
- Contribute to broader branding, marketing strategy, and campaign planning efforts.
- Use AI tools to streamline processes and boost creativity.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and pitch ideas that enhance design quality and workflow productivity.
- Take full ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely, error-free delivery.
- Proactively suggest visual and strategic improvements to align with brand goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design innovations, and AI tools to keep the creative edge sharp.
- Maintain a disciplined approach to task management and project timelines.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- High level of accountability, time management, and discipline.
- Diploma or Degree in design.
- 0-2 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Familiarity with AI design to boost productivity.
- Strong sense of visual aesthetics, typography, color theory, and motion graphics.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills related to visual storytelling and brand communication.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
