**Job Summary**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives for our UK Voice Process. As a part of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and concerns related to products and services.
- Provide accurate information and resolutions while maintaining customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- SSC with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO environment.
- HSC with at least 6 months of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Graduates or freshers with a keen interest in customer support are welcome to apply.
**Shifts**:
- Willingness to work in 24*7 rotational shifts.
- 5 days working week with any two days off as per the roster.
**Skills and Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills in English (Cluster 1 level).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic customer needs and maintain a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and providing appropriate solutions.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
