Key Responsibilities:

- Vendor Interaction: Follow up with vendors to ensure smooth document processing.
- Document Verification: Verify and close service documents in the software.
- Purchase and Service Reconciliation: Ensure purchase documents align with service documents.
- Data Management: Maintain and verify data in Excel sheets daily.
- Invoice Management: Generate and check invoices in the software, and send them to clients/vendors.
- Reporting: Create MIS reports based on invoice data.
- Courier Coordination: Send hard copies of documents to clients via courier.
- Additional Tasks: Assist with other billing department requirements as needed.
