**Job Description: Call Center Trainer**
- Location**:Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi**:
- Salary**:INR 25,000 to 30,000 per month**:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the international voice process within a call center setting.

- Proven experience in quality analysis, training, and report generation within a call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey training materials and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple training programs simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment and effectively manage changing priorities.
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline or a relevant field is preferred.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement training programs for call center employees, focusing on enhancing their skills and performance in the international voice process.
2. Conduct regular quality analysis assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to management and employees.
3. Create detailed reports based on performance evaluations, training progress, and other relevant metrics to assess the effectiveness of the training programs.
4. Collaborate with the management team to identify training needs and develop strategies to address these requirements effectively.
5. Monitor the performance of trainees and provide additional support and guidance where necessary to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
6. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the training curriculum and methodologies.
7. Provide timely feedback and coaching to call center employees to ensure adherence to quality standards and enhance overall performance.
