**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for service requests and inquiries.
- Schedule and dispatch technicians or service teams based on priority, availability, and location.
- Coordinate with customers to confirm appointments, gather necessary information, and provide updates.
- Maintain accurate records in service management software (e.g., CRM, ERP, or scheduling systems).
- Communicate with internal departments (sales, operations, logistics) to support service delivery.
- Prepare reports on service performance, customer feedback, and technician utilization.
- Handle escalations or urgent issues with a calm, solution-focused approach.
- Support billing or invoicing processes related to service work, as needed.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Diplamo / BE MEC
- 4-5 yrs Experience / Freshers

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
