**Technical Skills**:Lead the technical lifecycle of data presentation from data sourcing to transforming into user-facing metrics/informationExperience creating calculated fields, reports (advanced, matrix, composite, BIRT, etc.), scorecards, and/or dashboardsExperience with Workday Report Writer and Report Designer, as well as other available tools and technologiesMust have experience in test and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issuesHands-on experience in at least two of the following Workday Modules: HCM, Learning, Advanced Compensation, Succession, Talent, RecruitingMinimum 2 years of hands on WD functional experience Work closely with HR Technology, HR Analytics, regional and functional teams, and end-users to ensure successful design and testing of reports and dashboards according to the desired requirements and specificationsExperience in OX or Solutions to perform code promotion.Build and maintain effective relationships with project sponsors and key stakeholders to ensure reporting requirements are clearly understood and output is aligned with business expectationsConduct working sessions with key stakeholders to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements to ensure they are translated into functional specificationsSupport development of business cases, project scoping, project alignment, and process documentation to ensure clarity and accountability of deliverablesDesign structured multi-source data solutions to deliver reports and/or dashboards that make data actionable for customers and other key stakeholdersExperience in creating Schedules and AlertsWork on developing test and deploy Reporting and dashboards.Work on updating configuration documentation material.Prepare periodic communications to stakeholders, work documents, and project plans using agreed upon project management toolsIdentify and implement corrective actions quickly and independently to accomplish project objectivesManage and advise on documentation of lessons learned, and feedback loops to ensure continuous improvement and deployment of best practicesActively support the proper use, access, storage, and transmission of sensitive employee data and actively participate in system and data quality complianceUse an open and collaborative approach to working with strategic partners both within HR and across the businessSystem Integration and/or Implementation experience is plus.Payroll functional knowledge, nice to have.

- Clear communication skillsMaintain discretion and confidentiality in all areas pertaining to data and proprietary informationAbility to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problemAbility to handle multiple sub project teams, tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, despite conflicting demandsHigh comfort level working in a fast-paced, results-oriented cultureStrong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and relationship building skills; ability to establish credibility/rapport with stakeholders globally and in a virtual environmentAbility to work independently and in a self-directed manner with mínimal guidancePerform tasks as assigned.Support / Work on activities assigned by client as per above technical skills.Provide regular status reports to the team.
