- Manage reception and front-desk operations.
- Oversee canteen coupon and bill management.
- Handle travel, accommodation, and transportation bookings.
- Manage office guest relations.
- Organize internal and external events.
- Supervise office support staff.
- Arrange and schedule meetings, ensuring all participants are informed.
- Verify and manage samples from suppliers.
- Handle phone calls and manage mobile phones/SIM cards.
- Schedule appointments and manage office supplies.
- Organize and coordinate regular staff meetings
