**Job Title: Robotics Mentor**

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Experience Required**: 1 - 2 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Mentorship & Guidance**: Provide one-on-one and group mentoring to students offering technical advice, problem-solving assistance, and career guidance in robotics.
- **Curriculum Development**: Contribute to the development and improvement of robotics curriculum and educational materials. Tailor content to meet the needs of different learning styles and skill levels.
- **Workshops & Training**: Conduct workshops, training sessions, and seminars on various aspects of robotics, including hardware, software, and integration techniques.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other mentors, educators, and industry professionals to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in robotics.
- **Feedback & Assessment**: Provide constructive feedback on mentee progress and performance. Evaluate skills and offer recommendations for improvement and further learning.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of mentorship activities, project progress, and individual achievements.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Technical Expertise**: Strong understanding of robotics principles, including mechanics, electronics, and programming. Proficiency in languages such as Python, C++, or Java, and experience with robotics platforms like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or ROS.
- **Problem-Solving**: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to diagnose and address issues in complex robotics systems.
- **Communication**: Effective communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- **Teaching & Mentoring**: Experience in teaching, mentoring, or coaching, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate learners.
- **Collaboration**: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and interact positively with students, peers, and industry partners.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to adapt to new technologies and methodologies as they emerge in the field of robotics.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Advanced Degree**: A degree in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications in robotics or automation.
- **Industry Experience**: Previous experience working in a professional robotics or automation setting.
