**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage and organize the individual's calendar, schedule appointments, and set reminders for meetings, deadlines, and events.
- Prepare and organize documents, correspondence, and reports as required.
- Maintain confidential records, files, and personal documents, ensuring data privacy and security.
- **Travel and Event Management**:

- Arrange and coordinate travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
- Organize and schedule meetings, events, and conferences, including handling logistics and coordinating with relevant parties.
- Ensure timely preparations for business trips or personal events, such as accommodation bookings, transportation, and special arrangements.
- **Meeting and Communication Management**:

- Coordinate and prepare agendas for meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
- Act as a liaison between the individual and other team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- **Personal Tasks and Errands**:

- Run personal errands, such as purchasing gifts, handling household arrangements, or organizing personal appointments.
- Provide general support with day-to-day personal tasks that may include managing personal documents, scheduling family events, or assisting with lifestyle needs.
- Maintain a level of discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive personal information.
- **Document and File Management**:

- Organize, file, and maintain documents and records for easy retrieval and reference.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed for business or personal purposes.
- Ensure the individual has all necessary materials and documents for meetings and projects.
- **Time Management and Prioritization**:

- Monitor and manage the individual’s daily schedule to maximize time efficiency.
- Ensure important deadlines and commitments are met by providing reminders and facilitating preparations.
- Help prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
- **Expense and Budget Management**:

- Track and manage the individual’s personal or business-related expenses, ensuring receipts and records are properly documented.
- Assist in budgeting and making financial arrangements when necessary.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
