Levanilla Patisserie is looking for talented and motivated Barista who will also be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of our bakery shop.

As a Barista & Bakery Shop Supervisor at Levanilla Patisserie you’ll be responsible to crafting exceptional coffee and espresso drinks and look after day to day sales(includes billing). This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for coffee, and customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Barista Duties:_
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks with skill and attention to detail.
- Maintain knowledge of different coffee beans, brewing methods, and specialty drinks.
- Provide excellent customer service, taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring every customer feels welcomed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the espresso machine and other equipment.
- Monitor inventory of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other bakery items in software provided by the company.
- Follow all health and safety standards for food and beverage preparation.
- Bakery Shop Supervisor Duties:_
- Ensuring fresh products are displayed, and served to customers.
- Ensure that the bakery section is clean, organized, and meets health and safety standards.
- Handle cash register and process transactions accurately.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Experience in baking or managing a bakery is a big plus
- Passion for coffee, baked goods, and creating a positive customer experience.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
