**Role Description**:

- Process customer requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicates with customers through written correspondence
- Works with management to set daily priorities to ensure prompt and efficient service
- Identifies process improvements to improve efficiencies and streamline processes
- Meets individual productivity requirements
- Meeting and exceeding client defined service level metrics on timeliness and accuracy
