**Job Title**:Solar Power Plant Installer Supervisor**(0-1 Year Experience)

**Location**: Jaipur (with onsite projects outside Jaipur)

**Salary**: ₹14,000 - ₹18,000 per month

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Solar Power Plant Installer Supervisor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have recently graduated or have limited experience (0-1 years) in the solar energy industry and are eager to gain hands-on experience in managing solar power plant installations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the installation of solar power plants at various project sites.
- Ensure the work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate with installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues related to installation.
- Manage material inventory and ensure timely procurement of necessary equipment.
- Work closely with engineers and other team members to complete projects on time.
- Travel to onsite locations outside Jaipur as required for project execution.
- Educational Qualification: BTech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 0-1 years in solar power plant installations (Freshers are welcome).
- Vehicle: Must own a personal vehicle for commuting to and from project sites.
- Travel: Willing to work on onsite projects outside Jaipur as per project requirements.
