4. Duties and Responsibilities: The Solar Technician will provide, with due diligence, accuracy, care and discretion, the highest level of services for the following: 1. Design and Installation Plan Review: - Provide an expert opinion on the proposed solar system and installation plan - Make recommendations as to necessary design changes and improved installation arrangements to Project Manager 2. Supervising the Installation of solar system: - Carry out installation and monitoring of works for solar systems on ground, flat (concrete) and pitched (metal roof) roof solar system in accordance with specifications, standards and the technical guidelines provided under the project - Supervise and monitor the labor and other personnel for installations - Carry out, monitor and ensure quality of civil works for installation of mounting structures and grounding/earthing pit - Monitor the consumption of materials including solar and civil material - Train and assist other technical staff and stakeholders in electrical safety and best practices. - Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards - Creating a checklist for inspection of the ongoing and completed solar installation project - Training the installation team in Health, Safety and Environment protocols and ensuring adherence - Analyze possible issues during installation 3. Commissioning of Solar System: - Review commissioning inspection protocol/checklist - Carry out solar system commissioning as per agreed protocol - Ensure pending tasks are completed as per protocols - Prepare commissioning report

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
