**Job Description: Telecaller / Admissions Counsellor**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Outreach & Engagement**: Make outbound calls to a database of potential students who have shown interest in our digital marketing and AI courses.
- **Student Counselling**: Engage in meaningful conversations to understand the career goals, challenges, and aspirations of prospective students.
- **Course Guidance**: Clearly and enthusiastically explain the benefits and curriculum of our digital marketing courses, highlighting the unique integration of AI.
- **Admissions Process**: Guide students through the entire admissions and enrollment process, from initial inquiry to final registration.
- **Performance Tracking**: Diligently record and update all interactions and student information in our CRM system. Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets.
- **Market Feedback**: Gather and report on student feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to help our team improve our offerings and strategies.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Telecaller, Admissions Counsellor, or in a similar sales/customer-facing role, preferably within the education or training sector.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, confident, and persuasive tone. Ability to build trust and rapport quickly over the phone.
- **Empathy & Persuasion**: A genuine interest in helping students succeed and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our courses.
- **Tech Savvy**: Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a plus, and a keen interest in AI and technology is highly desirable.
- **Target-Oriented**: A strong desire to achieve and exceed admissions targets.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent time management and a systematic approach to handling multiple leads and follow-ups.
