**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales & Business Development**:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the aerospace,aviation sectors and drone mapping sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop and present tailored technical solutions to meet customer needs.
- **Technical Expertise**:
- Understand and effectively communicate the technical aspects of our products and services.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to address customer queries and requirements.
- **Market Research**:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to drive innovation and improve offerings.
- **Sales Administration**:
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or MBA.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
- **Technical Acumen**: Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate them into customer benefits.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical solutions effectively.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
- **Proactive Attitude**: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- **Software Skills**: Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting tools.
