**About Us**:
Find My Hostel is an emerging hostel aggregation platform that aims to ease the hostel hunting process for everyone. Through our platform users can explore and access safe, verified, and budgeted hostels within the specified location. This way we hope to empower both the user and hostel owner with comprehensive choices and ease of booking powered by our tech platform. The company initiated its journey by serving Kochi, Trivandrum, Calicut, Thrissur, and Coimbatore and is now planning to expand to other locations.

**Description**

1. Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers, hostels, and hostel owners to introduce the Find My Hostel platform, explain its benefits, and promote our services.
2. Sales Pitch: Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches to encourage customers and hostel owners to use Find My Hostel as their preferred booking platform.
3. Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential customers and hostel owners to nurture leads and convert them into successful bookings.
4. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers regarding their experience with our platform and hostels, and relay it to the appropriate teams for continuous improvement.
5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all communications, sales, and customer interactions using the company's CRM or other designated tools.
6 Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the customer engagement team to share insights, best practices, and contribute to the overall improvement of the team's performance.

Please Note:
This internship is unpaid for the initial one-month period.
Telecallers will work remotely from their own location.
Based on the intern's performance during the internship, they may be considered for a paid position at Find My Hostel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
