- **Role Description**:_
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and generate potential leads through various sources and convert them into qualified opportunities.
- **Sales Target**: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into sales through proactive and persuasive phone conversations.
- **Customer Relationship**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers by offering excellent customer service and addressing their needs effectively.
- **Customer Feedback**: Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions, feedback and any follow-up required to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Customer Engagement**: Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the company's products and services to effectively answer customer queries and provide tailored solutions.
- **Follow-up**: Consistently follow up on leads and inquiries to close sales and build long-term customer relationships.
- **Performance Goals**: Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Must have completed High-school Diploma or Any Bachelor's Degree.
- **Experience**:_
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
- Experience in client-service sector would be an added advantage.
- **Knowledge**:_
- Aware of the latest industry trends relating to Banking, Finance and Investment Management Industries
- **Skills**:_
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to develop and maintain good customer relationships
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle customer objections and resolve issues effectively
- **Job Type**:_ Full-time
