**Your mission**:

- Be part of our courageous Scrum Master team and agile centre of excellence
- Provision of required resources and removal of organisational obstacles
- Responsibility for the Scrum process and its correct implementation
- Promotion of a productive working environment in a respectful atmosphere
- Striving for maximum benefit and constant optimisation
- Ensure information flow between Product Owner and the team and across the teams
- Contact person for stakeholders and presenter of the Scrum meetings
- Keep up to date with the Scrum artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Burndown Charts)
- Coordination of the (realization) implementation, acceptance and follow-up of the projects in cooperation with the Product Owner and the team
- Team and project reporting

**Your profile**:

- Experience in the leading of agile teams and projects, ideally in the financial services sector
- Knowledge in planning and realization of complex IT projects as well as (the creation of) setting up Scrum teams
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CSM, A-CSM, TKP, PSM) desirable
- Very good communication, facilitation and mentoring abilities
- Open and forward-thinking mindset, distinctive awareness of quality and conflict resolution management
- Very good English communication skills, additional languages such as German advantageous
- Technical understanding is a plus
