**Hospital Marketing Executive**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Field Marketing**:

- Visit RMPs, clinics, and other healthcare practitioners to promote hospital services and build professional networks.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure strong relationships and partnerships.
- **Corporate Marketing**:

- Identify and approach corporate organizations for tie-ups for healthcare services.
- Organize presentations, health camps, and wellness programs for employees.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Build rapport with local community healthcare providers.
- Ensure continuous engagement through seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
- **Lead Generation and Conversion**:

- Generate leads through field visits and corporate tie-ups.
- Collaborate with the hospital’s internal teams to convert leads into admissions.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct surveys to understand the needs of practitioners and corporates.
- Keep track of competitor activities and market trends.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability in field and corporate marketing.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and medical terminologies (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively for fieldwork.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
