Summary:
The Pharmacy Principal is responsible for leading and managing the overall operations of the pharmacy school/department. Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
Provide visionary leadership to the pharmacy school/department.

Develop and implement strategic plans and policies.

Oversee daily operations and administrative functions.

Academic Oversight:
Ensure the quality and integrity of academic programs.

Monitor and evaluate curriculum, teaching methods, and student performance.
